We offers everyday free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more, not including discounts and tax.

We ship internationally.Depending on countries,limited shipping options may be available in some areas.
ORDER PROCESSING
After your order has been placed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email. Your order will be processed in our fulfillment center within 24-48 hours, subject to peak holiday periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a shipment tracking number. If you are a registered user, you may also log into your account to review the status of your current and past orders.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
All shipments will be delivered through UPS or DHL. Once your order has shipped, you can track your shipment via carrier Website.
Standard Ground - $8 (plus applicable taxes), estimated delivery within 4-7 business days*
Expedited – $17 (plus applicable taxes), estimated delivery within 2-3 business days*
Next Day – $25 (plus applicable taxes), estimated delivery within 1 business day* (for orders placed by 11am)
*Delivery times are subject to shipping location.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. Expedited and Next Day delivery are only available for select locations.
At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.
GIFT MESSAGING AND GIFT WRAPPING
Gift messaging is available free of charge to our customers. Upon Checkout, you may enter a personalized message up to 300 characters to the recipient of your order.
Gift packaging is available for an additional fee of $5. Gifts will be handpacked in VIA PARIOLI branded materials and an invoice containing full receipt amount will be included for easy returns.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you placed your order as a registered user, you have the option to cancel your order within 60 minutes from the time your order was placed. Log in to Your Account, select Order History and navigate to the order you would like to cancel.
TAXES
All taxes will be applied subject to federal and provincial tax legislation.
